Flowers While we aim to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal influences, design interpretation and availability of flowers and accessories. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only. If we need to substitute flowers we will use choose equal or greater value to those shown.
Delivery Orders received up to 4pm AEST can generally be delivered the same day – if in the local area - Monday - Saturday. Sunday deliveries can be arranged but only until 2pm. In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. However, if you have supplied us with incorrect details we may have to charge another fee for the collection and re-delivery. If the recipient is not home when we try to deliver, unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will return the flowers to us where the recipient may collect the flowers at their convenience.
Refunds
At Redcliffe City Florist we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to its immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions.
Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers.To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle before putting them in fresh water as well as changing the water every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers. We recommend the flowers are not placed in direct sunlight, particularly in the warmer months.
On average the flowers should last between 3 and 7 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of delivery, we will be happy to resend new flowers. To assist in our quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers upon delivery of your resend. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.

What information do we gather?
Through our web site when you place an order, we collect the following: your name, telephone, e-mail address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date, name on card and billing address), products purchased, the recipients name, address, telephone and e-mail as well as the message you wish to send on your card. |
